About us
We are an incorporated not-for-profit association called Hope From Above Incorporated registered with the Australian Government and located in the state of Victoria.
Leadership
Hope From Above Inc. (HFA) is governed by a Board of Directors. The people represented on the board have significant experience in missions, mission aviation, technology and Christian ministry.
The team
HFA operates with a growing team who contribute significantly to the development and operation of the organisation, providing HFA with experience and expertise in:
- Mission aviation (Fixed wing & Helicopter)
- Aircraft operations & maintenance
- Training
- Aerial photography
- Leadership
- Missiology
- Pastoral care
The team is made up of staff and volunteers who equally contribute their skills and talents, to achieve the purpose of reaching the remaining isolated people groups for Christ.
Organisational Structure
HFA is unique in its organisational structure, not operating as an international organisation, but committing to networking with independent local organisations abroad that are united in the vision of HFA. Our aim is to assist pioneering ministries in their work through the support of aviation and technology.
Resources
HFA is a faith-based ministry. We believe that the Lord has the resources needed for our ministry and we therefore emphasize the importance to ask Him for these resources in fervent prayer. It is our primary goal to operate in a way that brings glory and honour to God, asking and expecting from Him what is needed for our day-to-day operations.
Relationships
- HFA is an associate of Missions Interlink, who are an Australian network for global mission. You can find more information about Missions Interlink on their website.
- We are registered from the 26th March 2014 with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
